Why electric, and why in the city.
City logistics is short-distance, stop-and-go work. It is the setting where electric vehicles are cleaner and cheaper to run.
On the street
No tailpipe emissions where people walk, shop and live, and much less engine noise in residential lanes and markets.
On the balance sheet
Electricity costs less per kilometre than diesel, and electric drivetrains have fewer moving parts to service. That helps keep rates fair.
On the route
Short daily distances and a fixed base to return to are the ideal pattern for charging, which is the pattern city logistics already follows.
What we commit to
Small, practical habits that add up over thousands of kilometres.
- Electric first. An electric vehicle is our first choice whenever the job and the range allow it.
- Fewer wasted kilometres. We plan pickups and drops together, so vehicles spend less time running empty.
- Vehicles kept in good order. Regular maintenance keeps them efficient, safe and on the road.
- Plain talk. We tell you what our fleet looks like today and where it is heading, without inflated claims.
Where we are heading
Our goals, in the order we plan to reach them.
Today
An electric-first fleet doing pickup and delivery in Coimbatore, with 10 ft electric and 20 ft vehicles.
Next
More electric vehicles on the road as our routes and partner volumes grow, serving more of Coimbatore and nearby towns.
Later
Charging from renewable power at our base, so the energy behind each delivery is as clean as the vehicle.
